About the Role: Deliver engaging and stimulating PE lessons across the curriculum, fostering a love of movement and participation in a variety of sports and physical activities. Contribute to the development and delivery of the PE curriculum, ensuring it aligns with national standards and promotes a healthy lifestyle. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students, regardless of ability or gender, feel comfortable and empowered to participate in PE lessons. Motivate and support students to achieve their full potential in PE, encouraging them to develop teamwork, sportsmanship, and a lifelong love of physical fitness. Play a key role in school sporting events and after-school sports clubs, providing opportunities for students to develop their skills and compete at different levels. Collaborate with colleagues in the PE department to further develop the curriculum and resources. The Ideal Candidate (Male): A qualified PE Teacher with a proven track record of success, particularly in engaging male students in physical activity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. A strong understanding of physical education principles and the ability to translate them into engaging and effective learning experiences.
