Role Description:
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences across various pre-school classes to cover teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment time. You will work collaboratively with our teaching staff to ensure the smooth implementation of the curriculum and support the developmental needs of our children.
Opportunities:
Work across different year groups, delivering engaging lessons and supporting students and staff. Open to teachers of all experience levels, whether just graduated or with 20+ years of experience.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons across different preschool classes.
* Support and implement the school's curriculum and learning objectives.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
* Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to lead teachers and parents.
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and prepare educational activities.
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent; newly qualified teachers welcome.
* Experience teaching across different year groups in a primary school setting.
* Strong classroom management skills and ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible and collaborative approach.
