New Build Homes Sales Advisor Location: Bedford Salary: Up to £40,000 basic Uncapped Commission First year OTE: £58,000 - £62,000 Working Days: Thursday to Monday Hours: 10:30am - 5:00pm About the Role We are working with a quality-focused housing developer delivering beautifully crafted, traditionally built homes in Bedford. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join a brand-new development and play a key role in its success. This role would suit someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a consultative sales environment. Key Responsibilities Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion Conducting viewings and presenting the homes and development to a high standard Building strong relationships with prospective buyers Qualifying leads and progressing sales opportunities effectively Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems Working closely with mortgage advisors, solicitors, and the wider internal team Delivering against sales targets while maintaining an outstanding customer experience About You Previous experience in new build homes sales (preferred) or a strong background in high-end/consultative sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Professional, polished, and customer-focused approach Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets IT literate and confident using CRM systems What's on Offer Basic salary up to £40,000 Uncapped commission scheme Quarterly and annual bonus scheme Private pension scheme and healthcare OTE of £60,000 in 1st year Opportunity to work on a high-quality, traditional build development Supportive and professional working environment If you are interested in hearing more, call Chloe on (phone number removed)
