About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to take on the role of Community First Aid Network Leader. In this role, you will work with and lead volunteering groups and leaders, supported by our central teams.
At St John Ambulance, we aim to embed ourselves within our communities, delivering tailored support that meets their needs while providing a positive experience for our volunteers.
What We Are Looking For
We need leaders who are passionate about making a difference, caring about helping and developing others. You will lead and inspire a volunteer movement across a geographical area to deliver:
* Community First Aid
* Community Education
* Community Fundraising
You will also develop our offerings for young people. By leading a team of volunteer leaders, you will drive excellence in service delivery, foster an inclusive and diverse volunteering environment, and help navigate change to grow and improve St John Ambulance.

Support and Training
We provide a comprehensive induction to volunteering with SJA and the necessary training for your role. You will be supported in a positive environment. Details about volunteer roles are included in the role descriptions, and our volunteer charter outlines mutual expectations.
Volunteers are expected to attend online and in-person training sessions and participate in regular weekly network meetings to keep their skills current. Specific training requirements will be discussed after your appointment.
