As a key part of the Marketing, Communications and Bid team at Isio, a progressive advisory firm, this position collaborates closely with marketing and sales to oversee essential data sets, including CRM data, segmentation, and analytics to guide our go‑to‑market strategies for both clients and prospects.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage core marketing and sales datasets, including CRM data, segmentation, and analytics, ensuring insights support objectives.
* Oversee the management of client relationship management (CRM) systems, developing effective segmentation strategies to optimize targeting and engagement.
* Own CRM Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Roadmap that aligns account engagement and campaign marketing activity—prospect, pursuit and bid, onboarding, loyalty, retention, and reactivation.
* Deliver MI & insights that help improve client relationship programmes and client satisfaction insights (NPS), informing business performance.
* Enable effective client and prospect targeting to drive operational efficiency and ROI.
* Analyse client and marketing data to deliver MI & insights that improve client satisfaction and inform business performance.
* Evaluate and refine marketing data integration into the sales funnel, identifying opportunities for growth and improved conversion with marketing campaign delivery.
* Work closely with sales, marketing, and business teams to ensure data‑driven insights align with business goals.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a data analysis or data management role, ideally in marketing and sales integrated platforms.
* Expertise in CRM systems, data segmentation techniques, and analytics tools.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights informing sales and marketing campaigns.
* Experience in optimizing marketing data to enhance sales funnel performance.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, solution‑focused mindset with project management skills in a B2B relationship model sales and marketing environment.
* Experience within PS or FS; preference for both B2B and B2C environments.
