Role Responsibilities
* Assisting on audit assignments, working alongside experienced seniors and managers
* Leading smaller audit engagements and supporting larger audits
* Preparing financial statements for a variety of businesses
* Supporting audit fieldwork, planning, and risk assessment
* Reviewing and processing client records accurately
* Preparing management accounts and VAT returns
* Developing strong client relationships and assisting with queries
* Keeping up to date with audit regulations and best practices
About the Firm

Candidate Requirements
* Part-qualified ACA or ACCA, actively working towards full qualification
* At least 1-2 years' experience in audit within a UK accountancy practice
* Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards
* Experience in accounts preparation, tax, and VAT compliance
* Proficiency in audit software such as CCH, CaseWare, or similar platforms
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A self-motivated individual, eager to learn and take on responsibility
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for audits when required
