We have a very exciting role for an ambitious Business Support Administrator who is looking for a long-term career within the admin sector.
You will be joining a small, friendly team who are bursting with passion to welcome a new team member into their busy office based in the S71 area of Barnsley.
Details:
* £27,040 (reviewed once fully trained)
* Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (No weekends)
* 40 hours per week
* Permanent job role available for the right person
Duties:
* Providing excellent customer service via email and telephone with both customers and suppliers.
* Order processing, data inputting, use of excel, spreadsheets and various bespoke systems
* Assisting customers with any queries and chasing of outstanding orders
* Updating customer accounts accurately and accordingly.
* Creating invoices (training provided)
* Dealing with inbound and outbound calls, directing these to correct departments.
* General day to day office duties
Skills:
* Strong organisational skills would be essential
* Computer Literate, use of excel, Microsoft and word is required.
* SAP experience would be an advantage but not essential
* Previous admin or office experience would be a benefit
* Excellent telephone manner and relationship building skills
* Brilliant eye for detail
* Positive attitude towards learning new skills
