The Person
The ideal candidate will be a skilled and proactive engineer with a strong service and maintenance background.
Key requirements:
* Proven experience in servicing and maintaining air conditioning and/or ventilation systems
* Knowledge of VRV/VRF, multi-split and ventilation systems
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* F-Gas certification
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional, customer-focused approach
The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join a growing and professional team.
This role focuses on servicing, maintaining and repairing high-quality HVAC systems across a range of residential and specialist environments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Service, maintenance and repair of air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
* Fault finding and diagnostics on a range of HVAC equipment
* Working on systems including chillers, AHUs, split systems and fan coil units
* Maintaining accurate service records, including F-Gas documentation
* Reporting faults and recommendations clearly to the office
* Building strong relationships with clients and delivering a high level of service
* Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards
