Key Responsibilities
As an HR Advisor, you will be a pragmatic and credible professional with excellent communication skills. Your role will involve building strong relationships and delivering an outstanding service. Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as a trusted partner to managers, offering high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused HR services.
* Providing expert advice and support on disciplinary and grievance issues, recruitment and selection, sickness absence, performance management, organizational change, and training and development
* Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while handling complex and sensitive employee relations casework.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be qualified to CIPD Level 5 and possess substantial experience in a generalist HR role. Experience in handling complex and sensitive ER casework is crucial.
