Be the friendly face of our service department.
We're looking for a proactive and personable Service Advisor to join our front-of-house team. You'll be the link between our customers and workshop, ensuring every visit runs smoothly and every customer leaves satisfied.
What You'll Do
* Welcome customers and guide them through the service process
* Book appointments, prepare job cards, and manage workshop scheduling
* Communicate clearly with technicians and customers, keeping everyone informed
* Upsell service plans, VHC, and seasonal offers where appropriate
* Handle queries and minor complaints with professionalism and empathy
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with brand and environmental standards
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role (automotive preferred but not essential)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A calm, confident approach under pressure
* A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team
* Familiarity with DMS systems is a plus
* A full UK driving licence
