We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent school in Dudley for a passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team.

The Role
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:
* Deliver specialist assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
* Develop and implement tailored therapy programmes within an educational setting
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to support student development
* Provide advice, training, and support to staff and families
* Contribute to EHCPs and ongoing student reviews
Requirements
* HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist
* Experience working with children and young people (education or clinical setting)
* Strong understanding of a range of communication needs, including ASD and developmental disorders
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
