We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering complex, high-value procurement activities across bespoke projects in the Nuclear sector.

Salary: £55,000 – £71,000 + benefits
Location: Warrington (with hybrid working available)

The Role
This is a senior position within the Procurement & Supply Chain function, with responsibility for leading procurement teams, managing key supplier relationships, and delivering procurement strategies that meet demanding project requirements in safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
You Will
* Lead and manage procurement activity across major bespoke equipment and service packages.
* Develop and execute robust procurement strategies that align with business and project objectives.
* Oversee tendering, evaluation and contract management processes to the highest standards.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder and supplier relationships to secure value and drive performance.
* Manage risks and ensure effective commercial governance throughout project execution.
* Contribute to developing a resilient supply chain that supports both project delivery and long-term business growth.
Candidate Profile
* Degree-qualified or equivalent, with CIPS membership (or significant practical experience).
* Strong background in procurement and supply chain within complex project environments.
* Demonstrable expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation and delivery assurance.
* Experience with NEC3/4 contracting models, cost modelling and commercial governance.
* Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Proven ability to manage procurement for large, bespoke packages with a focus on value creation and risk mitigation.
