Responsibilities
As a Roadside Mechanic you will handle diverse breakdowns and technical issues, applying technical expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles in the field. Roadside patrols operate face-to-face with members, delivering exceptional service and support as part of RAC’s roadside assistance network. You will work to resolve issues on site and contribute to delivering an outstanding member experience.
Qualifications
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
* Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
* A customer-focused approach
* A full UK driving licence
Salary and Benefits
Base pay of £35,000 with earning potential between £43,000 and £53,000. Benefits include:
