Simple Heating Services Ltd provide free heating and insulation upgrades to homes for people who qualify for the government ECO4 grant. We aim to reduces the carbon footprint produced in peoples homes, and most importantly, reduce your energy bill.
Salary:
We are willing to pay a salary of up to £26,000 depending on experience.
Monthly Bonus:
We have a monthly bonus scheme that would currently see you earning around £500 extra / month. This would bring on target earnings to around up to £32,000 / year
Your role will include:
* Ensuring all ECO4 documentation is present and has been completed properly and correctly
* Liaising with surveyors, installers and Retrofit Assessors to ensure all paperwork is correct and handed in on time
* Preparing all ECO4 documentation for submission
* Checking EPR's and associated data
* Working to specific targets and submission deadlines
* Preparing all images from survey to install to make sure full ECO compliance is achieved
You will be required to be organised to meet administrative targets and deadlines. You must have the ability to keep accurate records and have impeccable time management skills. You will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork deadlines are met. You will need to be confident on the telephone to liaise with surveyors, energy assessors and funding partners. In addition, you will need to be computer literate and be able to upload work to associated systems. This is a busy role, with a lot of responsibility. You will be key to the smooth operation and running of the business. Reporting directly to the submissions manager and head of operations. You will need to be pro-active, creative and intelligent.
The experience required for this role is as follows:
* Experienced in ECO submissions
* Experience of completing paperwork for ECO 4 funded measures
