At HRW, Research Managers don't just "run projects" — they lead them end‑to‑end, build trusted client relationships, and play an active role in shaping how we do research.
What you'll be doing
You'll be trusted to manage multiple healthcare research projects from start to finish, working closely with senior stakeholders and clients to deliver insight that genuinely changes decisions.
Your role will include:
* Owning projects end‑to‑end, from design through to final debrief
* Leading qualitative and quantitative research across therapy areas
* Turning complex data into clear, compelling stories clients can act on
* Managing timelines, budgets, and quality with confidence
* Acting as a key client contact and helping grow long‑term relationships
* Supporting and developing more junior researchers within the team
You'll also get exposure to proposal writing, account development, and — if you want it — line management as you grow.

Requirements
Who this role is for
This role is ideal if you:
* Have around 3+ years' experience in commercial market research
* Are confident across both qualitative and quantitative methods
* Enjoy juggling projects and building strong client relationships
* Care deeply about producing high‑quality work
* Want your next role to stretch you without throwing you in unsupported
Healthcare experience is a big plus, but curiosity and a mindset to learn matter just as much.
