Day Support Worker
Location: Heathy House, Halifax, West Yorkshire
Salary: £25,225.20 per annum
Hourly Rate: £12.60 per hour, with an overtime rate of £14.10 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 38.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 8am to 8pm on a two-week rolling rota
* Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
* Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Active Pathways Ltd is currently recruiting for compassionate DaySupport Workers to join the dedicated team at Heathy House in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Our Ideal Support Worker Will:
* Have knowledge and understanding of Mental Health diagnoses, Learning Disabilities, and/or Autism.
* Appreciate the importance of person-centred care and promoting independence.
* Possess excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
Desired Experience:
* Engaging with individuals and assisting with activities of daily living, social, recreational, and occupational activities, including supporting young people in the community.
* Working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Promoting positive practices in Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and Mental Capacity within the service.
