About the Role:
We’re looking for a multi-skilled Senior AI Video Editor to join our team. If you love experimenting with AI tools, this is your chance to push creative boundaries with us. You’ll be hands‑on across everything from commercials to original films, using AI‑driven workflows to bring ambitious ideas to life.
As we have a lot of exciting projects in the works, youll need to jump right into our AI‑driven workflows. Youll have already produced AI content—social media clips, short ads, or even films—and have the eye and technical skills to deliver professional results. Were not looking for a drone shot montage; we want to see your portfolio of AI‑generated content.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* AI Video Creation: Crafting short‑form content, branded projects, and experimental films from concept to final delivery.
* Editing & Motion: High‑end cutting, grading, and motion graphics, blending traditional techniques with AI‑assisted animation.
* Sound Design: Shaping audio landscapes using AI voice synthesis and immersive sound tools.
* Creative R&D: Prototyping new visual styles and testing emerging AI tools to refine our production pipeline.
* Concept Development: Collaborating on story ideas, treatments, and moodboards to transform abstract concepts into visuals.
* Collaborative Delivery: Working with directors and technologists to integrate AI across the full production lifecycle.
* Trend Spotting: Staying ahead of the curve on AI tools, motion trends, and platform aesthetics to keep our work cutting‑edge.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: 8+ years of professional editing for branded content or TV.
* AI Model Expertise: Hands‑on experience using and testing leading models in professional client work, including Seedance, Kling, Veo, Nano Banana, GPT, Seedream, ElevenLabs and more.
* Platform Proficiency: Familiar with at least some of the main AI platforms such as Weavy, ComfyUI, Higgsfield, OpenArt, Flow, Luma, and Topaz.
* Workflow Skills: Comfortable with both traditional editing and building your own node‑based workflows.
* Software Mastery: Expert‑level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
* Editorial Instinct: A sharp eye for rhythm, nuance, and emotional impact; you know how to make an edit land.
* Operational Excellence: Strong organisational skills with a focus on timeline management and file structure in fast‑paced environments.
* Proactive Mindset: A genuine passion for experimenting with emerging creative technology and an eagerness to continue learning and upskilling.
