The successful applicant for the Desktop Engineer vacancy will be responsible for ongoing BAU support for IT Desktop systems, both hardware and software.
This is a fully on site role. Excellent communication and customer skills are essential.
A background in hands-on 1st and 2nd line desktop support is essential.
Skills & experience required: -
* Managing and configuring Windows OS and software applications
* Win 11
* Print server admin
* Familiarity with network protocols, security concepts, and system administration.
* Experience working with Active Directory
* O365
