Country Regulatory Specialist Location: Harrogate, United Kingdom We’re looking for a Country Regulatory Specialist to join our UK & Ireland Regulatory Affairs team in Harrogate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in regulatory affairs who is eager to grow and contribute to bringing new and existing products to market. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers in compliance with EU and GB national requirements. Coordinate responses to regulatory authorities during the evaluation phase. Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions. Monitor changes in legislation and contribute to strategic decision-making. Maintain up-to-date registration records in internal systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders. Support regulatory budgeting, minor use applications, and stewardship documentation. Ensure compliant and timely updates of labels, safety data sheets (SDSs), and online product information. What You Bring A master’s degree (PhD preferred) in regulatory science, agriculture, environmental science, chemistry, toxicology or related field. 5 years’ experience in regulatory affairs in the crop protection industry. Familiarity with GB and EU regulatory processes for plant protection products (Regulation 1107/2009). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure. A proactive mindset and an eye for regulatory detail. Why FMC?
