The Exams & Events Coordinator plays a central role in the smooth running of Albyn school life. With responsibility for the organisation and coordination of internal and external examinations, alumni events, school events and staff cover, this individual supports the academic and co-curricular life of the school. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with teaching and support staff across the school, the post holder ensures that logistical and administrative arrangements are efficiently managed and that pupils, staff, parents, and visitors experience high-quality, professional service.
