Knockmore is a Domiciliary Service that offers a range of services to people with learning disabilities living within the local community. The service can offer a range of daytime opportunities, including social and leisure activities as well as educational and support to people who may display challenging behaviour.
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing general administration assistance to the Registered Manager and operational team within the service.
* Answering the telephone/door in a busy care home.
* Daily cash handling.
* Record keeping, including the uploading and maintaining of information within our systems.
Who you are:
* Previous experience in an administrator role is essential.
* Knowledge and experience within a social care setting would be preferred but not essential.
* You will have excellent IT skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* You will be extremely organised and can manage your time effectively.
* You will have excellent communication and engagement skills.
