The Role
We're looking for a bright, energetic and people-focused Customer Success and Onboarding Coordinator to welcome new customers onto our platform, guide them through set-up, deliver training, and help configure i-curate to fit their needs.
What You'll Be Doing
* Welcoming new customers and guiding them step-by-step through the onboarding process.
* Handling the administrative set-up so everything runs smoothly.
* Delivering engaging training sessions to help customers get the best out of i-curate.
* Supporting customers as they learn the platform, answering questions and solving problems with empathy.
* Understanding each customer's needs and helping configure i-curate to fit them perfectly.
* Building strong personal relationships so customers feel confident and supported.

* Organised and reliable — you'll keep onboarding moving without a hitch.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
