Job Title: Information Support Administrator

Salary: £24,637.57 per annum

Contractual Hours: 37.5 per week

Contract: Permanent - Full Time

Location: Mitie (Defence) Ltd, BRNC, Dartmouth, Devon, England, TQ6 0HJ

The Information Support Administrator (ISA) is a full-time, on-site role at Britannia Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, providing computer-based administrative support to Armed Forces personnel via the MODNET system and Microsoft Office 365 tools. Responsibilities include managing user accounts, software and asset requests, overseeing Team Site Collections and Group Mailboxes, supporting records management, and ensuring compliance with MOD Information Management policies, GDPR, and Health & Safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and adaptable, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Key skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, sound administrative and organizational abilities, understanding of GDPR and DPA, customer service experience, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity. MOD security clearance and UK residency are essential, and the role operates Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with approved company attire required.
