About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-focused GPhC-registered Pharmacist to join our growing multidisciplinary team, working alongside pharmacists, prescribers, and dietitians.

As a Pharmacist at Curely Pharmacy, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely supply of medicines through our digital healthcare services. You will work closely with both clinical and operational teams to maintain exceptional standards of care and support the ongoing improvement of systems and processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Accuracy Checking
* Ensure prescriptions are clinically appropriate, accurately dispensed, and fully compliant with legal and safety requirements.
Patient Consultations
* Conduct telephone and video consultations when required to verify patient information (e.g. weight or treatment details).
* Communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically to support safe prescribing decisions.
Regulatory Compliance
* Work in line with GPhC standards and internal SOPs.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy legislation and best practice.
Operational Oversight
* Collaborate with dispensers, packers, and clinical teams to ensure efficient and timely order fulfilment within agreed SLAs.
Workflow & Efficiency
* Support the optimisation of daily workflows to improve turnaround times while maintaining safety and accuracy.
Quality Assurance
* Identify, document, and escalate near misses, errors, or discrepancies.
* Promote a culture of patient safety and continuous improvement.
Team Support & Development
* Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to dispensers and colleagues in training.
Audit & Governance
* Assist with audit preparation and participate in internal and regulatory inspections.
Responsible Pharmacist Duties
* Act as the Responsible Pharmacist on rota days (full support provided).
What We're Looking ForQualifications
* GPhC-registered Pharmacist (essential)
Experience
* Experience in community, distance-selling, or digital pharmacy environments (desirable)
* Familiarity with GLP-1 medications and weight management treatments (advantageous)

* Confidence using digital systems and dispensing platforms
