As our Support Worker, youll be at the heart of supporting our customers who have complex mental health needs to develop their skills to live more independently in the community.The aim of our service is for our customers to gain the skills and knowledge to move on living independently. Our customers reside with us for up to 2 years by then they have the ability to live successfully in the community. Youll make a big difference each day as you help our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations.
