The role
The Governors of St Oswald’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and committed professional with Early Years experience; to help further develop our provision and support learning in our nursery class.
We are a Governor led nursery managed by the EYFS Lead but facilitated by Level 3 Teaching Assistants.
We are looking for someone who:
1. Has a strong knowledge of the Early Years Statutory framework.
2. Is committed to raising standards for all children.
3. Has a passionate commitment to children's learning particularly in Early Years.
4. Will work in supporting the Class Teacher and other Teaching Assistants with high expectations of learning, behaviour and care for all children.
5. Is able to challenge, inspire and motivate children appropriately.
6. Can support the foundational knowledge and skills of the children and delivering intervention.
