* Salary: Rs. 16,500 per month

* Mark sheet of 8th, 10th, 12th and all years of the prescribed educational qualification
* Graduation/Post‑graduation degree certificate
* Diploma/degree in computer from a recognised institution
* Live registration certificate from the Chhattisgarh Pharmacy Council
* Caste or residence certificate issued by the competent authority
* Domicile certificate of Chhattisgarh state
* Identity card (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, PAN, Driving License)
* Proof of experience (work experience certificate)
* No objection certificate from current employer (if applicable)
