What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Stylist in a hair salon
Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills
A passion for the hair & beauty industry and delivering exceptional client care
Sales-driven with the ability to motivate your team to achieve targets

Lead, inspire & motivate a team of stylists, receptionists & apprentices
Deliver a 5-star client experience every day
Drive sales, hit targets & keep salon operations smooth
Recruit, train & develop your team
Ensure excellent customer service and salon standards at all times
