We're a fast-growing fintech travel platform helping people book smarter, pay flexibly, and unlock rewards. We're looking for a UX Researcher to uncover deep user insights and turn them into meaningful product direction.
What You’ll Do
* Lead end-to-end research across fintech and travel journeys
* Champion continuous discovery and user-centred design
* Run qualitative and quantitative studies: interviews, surveys, usability tests, and more
* Translate findings into clear, actionable insights
* Collaborate with product, design, and data teams
* Build research frameworks and help scale research culture
What You Bring
* 4–6+ years of UX research experience (ideally in fintech, travel, or B2C)
* Strong mixed-methods toolkit and strategic mindset
* Confident working independently across teams
* Skilled storyteller and clear communicator
* Experience with tools like Lookback, Maze, Dovetail, etc.
* Bonus: You've set up research ops or driven research maturity
