Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic retail leader to shape and deliver go-to-market strategies for Samsung Mobile products. This is a UK & Ireland wide role, where you’ll own every stage of the journey. You’ll be involved from creating high-impact retail and contact centre touchpoints, toolkits, and experiential activations, to ensuring best-in-class merchandising, compliance, and operational excellence across 3,000+ partner stores.
In this role you’ll build strong partnerships with retailers, operators, and agencies, managing multimillion-pound budgets with a data-driven approach to maximise sales impact.
Leading and inspiring cross-functional teams, you’ll translate market trends into actionable plans, deliver flawless launches, and drive continuous improvement across all retail and contact centre environments.
Responsibilities
 * Develop and execute innovative GTM strategies for MX products, ensuring consistent, high-quality launches across retail and contact centre channels.
 * TOUCHPOINT & MERCHANDISING LEADERSHIP: Oversee the creation, localisation, and maintenance of impactful touchpoints and toolkits, driving a seamless customer experience in 3,000+ partner stores.
 * OPERATIONAL & COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT: Implement strong processes for maintenance, warehouse, and compliance to maintain top-tier execution standards across all retail environments.
 * STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: Foster productive partnerships with retailers, operators, and agencies to maximise brand presence, sales impact, and long-term collaboration.
 * DATA-LED DECISION MAKING: Leverage sales trends, shopper insights, and analytics to optimise retail investments and refine execution strategies.
 * HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Lead, mentor, and inspire both field and head office teams to operate as a cohesive, results-driven unit.
Qualifications
 * You’re experienced in retail, project management, GTM Planning, with an in-depth understanding of shopper journeys
 * You’re able to balance multiple, high-profile tasks with strong project management skills
 * You’re able to communicate with and present to Senior colleagues (English & Korean)
 * You’re passionate about the detail and delivery
 * You’re solution-focused and able to problem solve
 * You’re able to understand data, including sales trends and customer insights to make data-led decisions
 * You’re experienced in working with creative agencies to support the touchpoint and toolkit enhancements
 * You’re experienced in financial management; in this role you’ll be responsible for a multi-million pound P&L
 * You’re experienced in working strategically with agencies / 3rd parties
