The Ship Inn has built its trade on reputation and offering compelling reasons to visit, attracting wide range of guest throughout the week. It is also supported by one of the biggest Calendar events for Fullers.
The successful candidate will need to balance a focus on high-volume, fresh food with consistent quality. They will have strong organisational, leadership and communication skills, and be able to build strong working relationships with the senior team to plan menus for a range of different events and bookings. The Ship stays busy throughout the year, supported by a Sales and Events Manager, and as well as its locationand reputation.
Food service times are from 10.00 - 21.00 daily, including Breakfast, and until 22.00 at weekend.
