Sales Administrator
Elevation Recruitment is thrilled to represent our esteemed client, a reputable manufacturing business based in Doncaster. We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team.
1. 9 Month maternity cover
2. Full-time, 40 hours per week
3. Office hours, typically 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
4. £24,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience)
5. 25 days, plus bank holidays
Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
6. Handling sales enquiries via phone, email, and in person
7. Arranging and scheduling deliveries, collections and transport
8. Completing shipping and export documentation
9. Maintaining and updating customer databases
10. Assisting with invoicing and billing procedures
11. Generating reports and maintaining accurate records
12. Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes
Sales Administrator Requirements:
13. Previous experience in a similar administrative role
14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
15. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
16. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
17. Export knowledge would be beneficial
