Location: Winsford Industrial Estate
Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM
Pay Rate: £10.72 per hour

We are recruiting for a client that specialises in the distribution of games, DVDs, collectible items, LEGOs, clothing, and accessories.

Position Overview:
As a Picker in our B2B department, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations by accurately picking items from shelves according to order specifications. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Utilize picking lists or digital devices to locate and pick items from designated areas within the warehouse.
* Ensure accuracy in picking items and quantities, verifying product codes and descriptions.
* Prepare picked items for packing and shipping, ensuring proper handling and packaging to prevent damage.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the picking area to optimize efficiency and safety.
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet daily order fulfilment targets.
* Adhere to safety protocols and warehouse procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre is essential.
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
* Basic computer skills for using picking lists or digital devices.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
