Responsibilities
* Cover and support stores within the Hampshire area.
* Use strong operational focus to improve day‑to‑day store performance.
* Help customers find what they need, when they need it, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
* Maintain the store’s behind‑the‑scenes environment to be as welcoming as the front of house.
* Work with the team to create positive, memorable customer journeys across all channels.
