Key Responsibilities Deliver a polished, discreet and highly personalised client hosting experience Oversee all aspects of in-showroom hospitality, maintaining consistently high standards Curate memorable experiences for VIP and high-net-worth clients Plan and execute private events and exclusive client activations Collaborate with internal teams to support client engagement initiatives and brand experiences Ensure a seamless end-to-end client journey across all touchpoints Manage and develop a small team of junior hosts, leading from the front Introduce and refine hospitality procedures and service standards Build strong, lasting relationships with clients as a trusted brand ambassador About You You understand what exceptional service looks and feels like - where detail, timing, and discretion are everything.
