If you're looking to join a company which encourages internal L&D and growth, then apply today: Role: Receptionist & Administrator Salary: £28,000 per annum Location: Marylebone When: Monday - Friday / 08:00 - 17:00 / Fully office based What you'll do: Serve as primary point of contact for clients and visitors Answer all written, email and telephone enquiries Process bookings and invoices and manage client transfers and visa support enquiries Maintain company database ensuring quality and accuracy of information entered Maintain filing systems – both paper and electronic Process the client registration information, documentation and ID cards Assist with course preparation, training room set-up, client graduation, customer satisfaction surveys etc. Provide support for the team and tutors during training courses Manage stock of stationery and promotional items Managing incoming and outgoing post and couriersWhat you need: Previous exposure to an office environment Great customer service skills - able to confidently meet & greet HNWI Excellent written and verbal communication skills Eager to learn and develop within a company Understanding of MS Packages REF: HNW(phone number removed) Tiger is B Corp Certified.
