As Branch Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day running of the branch. Your focus will be on driving sales, maximising profitability, and leading a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities include:
Full P&L responsibility for the branch
Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers
Driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities
Leading, motivating and developing your team
Managing stock, purchasing, logistics and operations
Delivering against sales and performance targetsRequirements
To succeed in this role, you'll be a proactive, commercially-minded leader with a strong track-record in the electrical wholesale sector.
You will:
Have experience as a Branch Manager or in a senior B2B sales role within electrical wholesale
Be highly motivated with a proven ability to grow sales and margins
Have strong knowledge of the local market
