Monarch Education is working in partnership with a specialist SEND setting in Great Barr to recruit a full-time Early Years Specialist SEND Teacher. This role involves teaching and supporting Early Years pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and visual impairment within a structured, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Early Years SEND teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils with SEMH needs and visual impairment, using inclusive, trauma‑informed approaches to ensure every child can access learning and thrive.
