ESOL Tutor – Middleton (M24)
At TP Tutors we’re looking for an ESOL Tutor in Middleton (M24) who can help learners build their confidence in English and open up new opportunities in education, work, and everyday life.
The role is all about delivering face-to-face, 1:1 support to learners who may have very different starting points. Some may be beginners, while others are working towards qualifications. Your role will be to meet them where they are, plan sessions around their goals, and give them the skills they need to move forward.
This is not a classroom role — it’s about working closely with individuals in their homes or local community spaces, building trust, and tailoring your teaching to suit them. If you’ve ever wanted to see the direct impact of your teaching, this is it.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience teaching ESOL or English as an additional language
* A patient, adaptable approach with strong communication skills
* Ability to plan sessions around each learner’s needs and goals
* An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
What TP Tutors can offer you:
* £25–£30 per hour, depending on experience
* Flexible hours during the school day
* Weekly pay through PAYE – no umbrella deductions
* Support from a dedicated consultant who knows your area
* The chance to see real progress and make a difference in people’s lives
If you’re ready to use your skills to support ESOL learners in Middleton, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and join TP Tutors in helping learners find their voice.
