There is also opportunity to significantly overachieve the advertised OTE in this role which the business is capable of delivering. As the Aftersales Manager for both BMW & MINI, you will be leading, coaching and managing a team of Technicians, Service and Parts colleagues. You will be helping them to achieve the highest standards of customer satisfaction our customers require. The main duties of the role are to: Drive Aftersales performance in a demanding fast moving consumer environment. Take responsibility for implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels in excess of the manufacturer minimum expectations. Alert to the changing environment and adapting to customer demands. Ensure that the Manufacturers standards are adhered to at all times. Monitor and perform against Manufacturer KPI and Internal Scorecard measures. Monitor colleague performance. Train and coach colleagues to support their theirs and other departments success. Monitor and control departmental costs in line with the business plan, whilst maintaining quality standards and Customer service. Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards. Make sure there is a safe working environment maintained at all times. You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record within a similar role in a Main Franchise Retailer in the Automotive Industry. Vertu Motors BMW & MINI Teesside currently have an Aftersales team of over 40 colleagues, therefore we are looking for someone who is comfortable with a large volume and dealing with significant technical brand requirements. You will be able to validate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives and develop your team. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
