Position: Programme Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager to lead the team responsible for content and programming at the Cambridge Corn Exchange and Guildhalls. This key role involves overseeing both performance-based programming and conferencing/community activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial sustainability.
The successful candidate will be a central member of the Cultural Services management team, working closely with colleagues including the Venues General Manager, City Events Manager, Folk Festival Manager, and Marketing and Development Manager. You will have the opportunity to shape cultural programming while maintaining high standards of delivery across a wide range of events and activities.
Responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing the programme strategy for the Cambridge Corn Exchange, Guildhalls, and the Cambridge Folk Festival.
2. Managing a talented team to ensure seamless delivery of programming, meeting deadlines, and adhering to financial parameters.
3. Collaborating with local, regional, and network partners to promote cultural engagement.
4. Ensuring effective communication with internal teams.
5. Leading by example, fostering a collaborative work environment, and supporting team development.

Hours: 37 hours per week.
Position Details
* Contract: Permanent
* Salary: £40,476 - £45,718 per annum (City Pay Band 6)
* Location: Flexible - on-site, office, or home working options available
