As our Head Chef, youll shape the character of each of our Restaurants, creating distinctive menus that surprise and delight our guests. Working closely with every brigade, youll guide menu development, food choices, training, food safety and payroll costs - ensuring each team has everything they need to shine.
Youll play a central role at the heart of the Goodwood Estate, taking inspiration from our landscape, history, and Home Farm to craft innovative dishes for the Farmer, Butcher, Chef (2 AA Rosette) Bar & Grill Restaurant and our Meetings & Events offering.
