With a growing project portfolio, they need an experienced engineer to lead schemes and manage internal teams. The Role: Run structural engineering projects from start to finish Lead and support a small internal design team Work closely with civil engineers to coordinate project delivery Engage with clients and contribute to technical excellence Projects include: commercial steel frames, factory unit alterations, new office and residential developments, bespoke homes, and historic building modificationsAbout You: Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering Working towards chartership (IStructE/ICE) Strong technical and leadership skills Confident managing projects and mentoring junior staff On Offer: A varied and interesting workload Career progression in a growing Sheffield team A collaborative, supportive environment Competitive salary and benefits package They do prefer people to be in the office, but will consider some working from home and are open to negotiation on this.
