Production Operatives – Immediate Start
Location: Minehead
Salary:
£12.21 per hour (Monday to Friday)
£16.24 per hour (Saturday overtime after 39 hours)
£18.32 per hour (Sunday overtime)
Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday: 08:00 – 15:30
30-minute break each day
About the Role:
Interaction Recruitment are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established team in Minehead. No previous experience is required — full, paid training will be provided.
You’ll be responsible for the production and measuring of metal lengths used in bespoke products. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for full-time employment following a qualifying period.

Reliability and good attention to detail
Ability to work full shift patterns as outlined
