Job Purpose
This hybrid office-based role combines financial management, business partnering, and data analysis. The Finance Analyst helps provide financial insights, supports data-driven decision-making, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve business performance. The role involves financial reporting, forecasting, business analysis, and data manipulation.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Management Accounting
· Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
· Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and rolling outlooks
· Conduct cost and profitability analysis for departments, products, or services
· Assist with financial planning and support internal and external audits
Business Partnering
· Act as an advisor to department heads and senior management
· Translate financial performance into actionable business insights
· Provide input into business cases, capital investment appraisals, and ROI assessments
· Drive performance improvement by identifying risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities
· Support the design and delivery of KPIs and dashboards
Data Analytics & Reporting
· Collect, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources
· Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI & Excel
· Perform root cause analysis and predictive modelling to support decision-making
· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems
· Automate regular reports and build self-service analytics tools for stakeholders

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
