Job Description
Administrator (12 Months Fixed Term Contract)
37 hours per week, Monday – Friday
This role is 'in person' based at our dock-side offices.
Salary: £24,309.00 per annum (Real Living Wage)
What will you be doing in this role?
This role is part of our Asset Management team, delivering services including property repairs and compliance work such as gas and electrical safety.
You will provide administrative support, including handling queries via phone and email, updating systems, running reports, booking appointments, processing invoices, and supporting meetings and events.
What We Are Looking For In You
* Strong customer service skills and confident communication with tenants and colleagues
* Excellent IT skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Ability to prioritize tasks and show initiative in problem-solving
* Ability to deliver high standards of customer service
