Specialising in the freshest local seafood, caught daily by our fishermen and paired with seasonal produce from the New Forest, The Jetty is a celebration of the South Coast’s finest flavours.

The Role
As Restaurant Manager at The Jetty, you will work closely with the General Manager, deputising in their absence and playing a key role in ensuring the restaurant’s continued success.
Your priorities will include:

Inspiring and supporting your team, fostering high morale, and creating a positive working environment.

Driving sales through outstanding service, guest engagement, and upselling opportunities.
*
Managing costs effectively to protect profitability without compromising quality.
*
Helping to evolve and develop the restaurant, contributing ideas to enhance both the guest experience and the business.
We are looking for someone with:
*
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-end restaurant management, ideally in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
*
A strong passion for service excellence and the ability to lead by example.
*
Desirable skills such as financial awareness (reading a P&L) and forecasting experience.
*
Desirable wine knowledge — WSET qualification would be a plus.
