Essential Criteria and Qualifications We are seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive our growth in Northern Ireland / ROI. The ideal candidate will have: Established contacts in the construction or engineering sectors, with a proven ability to engage with senior decision-makers. Experience in new business development and sales, ideally in technical, mechanical, or electrical engineering contexts. A track record of successfully converting leads into contracts. Confidence engaging with contractors, developers, or project directors, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. A drive for results, with enthusiasm for building relationships and expanding business opportunities. Existing networks are highly desirable Roles and Responsibilities Develop and manage sales pipelines across NI and ROI, focusing on high-value, complex projects. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships. Represent the company to senior stakeholders, including project directors and contractors. Collaborate with internal teams to define technical solutions and proposals tailored to client needs. Travel across NI and ROI as required to meet clients, support projects, and maintain relationships. Contribute to strategic growth initiatives, with the opportunity to build a team Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
