Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Administrator / Personal Assistant to support our Group IT leadership team, Group M&A Director, and Group Finance Strategy & Development Director. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing sensitive information, coordinating travel and meetings, and supporting key business initiatives. You’ll be joining a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and ability to prioritise will be highly valued. Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On… Providing comprehensive administrative support including expenses, invoices, and travel arrangements. Managing diaries and scheduling meetings to optimise time for senior leaders. Organising and coordinating leadership meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions. Supporting the preparation of quarterly reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Booking venues and coordinating logistics for key meetings and events. Acting as a proactive and reliable member of the Group IT leadership team. Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include…. Working in a corporate, global business environment. Supporting senior business leaders in a fast-paced setting. Holding a PA or administrative role with hands-on experience in diary management, travel coordination, expense processing, and event planning. Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Organising complex travel itineraries and logistics. Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a dynamic workload. Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, OneNote, Teams) and familiar with expense and travel systems.
