You’ll play a key role in building community, fostering partnerships, and connecting HiTZ to the wider sport ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with early marketing experience who’s excited by AI, community-led growth, and the chance to shape the profile of a fast-scaling brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver local marketing plans and lead on-the-ground activations for new venue openings, ensuring each launch builds local excitement and drives strong early adoption.

* Manage and update the HiTZ website as needed, particularly during launch periods, to ensure local venue pages are up-to-date, optimised, and conversion-friendly.
* Create basic visual assets in Adobe (or similar) for use across marketing activities.
* Stay close to what matters to our customers, tracking trends in how they train, play, and interact with the tech. Spot opportunities to make HiTZ more relevant, useful, and engaging.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, including bookings, sign-ups, and member conversions and use these insights to shape future campaigns.
* Develop creative outreach strategies to build local community, from schools and grassroots cricket clubs to influencers and sports networks. Build loyalty with returning players.
* Support the creation and management of relationships with local cricket clubs and other relevant partners to expand our reach and deepen our roots in each community.

* Confidence in campaign management and local activations
* Experience using email platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar
* Comfortable creating visual content in Adobe or similar tools
* Clear communicator and confident writer
* Curious and plugged into trends in sport, youth culture, and social media
* Familiarity with website content management
Why This Role

* Get direct mentorship from the Head of Marketing
* Build broad experience across digital, brand, email, and community
